This is a memorial to Ellison Onizuka, who was one of the astronauts on the space shuttle Challenger when it exploded in 1986. Ellison Onizuka was a Nisei; his parents were born in Japan and he was born in Hawaii.

This is the Dole Pineapple Factory Tour in Honolulu, Hawaii. Dole is a big pineapple company and started as one of the original big landowners in Hawaii. Now they have transferred their pineapple farms to the Philippines because the cost of production is lower, but they keep this pineapple factory in Hawaii as a tourist attraction.
