TTC

TTC was stopped in rush hour for an hour ...

Thanks, Toronto City Council for not building any new subways in the last 30 years.

TTC

I walk 15 minutes to the subway station this morning in the rain.
When I get there, the subway is not moving.
There are a million people in the station and no announcements as to what is going on.
I check my iPhone: all subways are not moving and there are no shuttle buses.
The TTC website says that there is "a communication problem".
I walk home in the rain.
10 seconds after I arrive, the TTC website says that the subways are running again.
I walk back to the subway in the rain again and arrive at work an hour late and soaking wet.
On the subway, someone has ripped down a poster where the TTC is boasting about how great they are.
