An "oil rig" is a big floating platform that drills for oil. It is like a big ship, but usually it doesn't move. The oil rig named "Deep Horizon" caught fire last month. Its pipe broke, and now the pipe is leaking a lot of oil into the Gulf of Mexico, just south of the U.S.
